- What is a custom star map poster?
- It is wall art built from the real night sky for a location and date you choose. We plot stars and constellation lines, you add your title, colours, and layout in our designer, and we print it as a framed poster.
- Is a frame included?
- Yes. StarFramer sells framed prints in a metal frame, ready to hang. What you preview in the designer is what we aim to produce for your order.
- How do I pick the date, time, and place?
- In the designer, enter the address or place, then choose the local date and time for your moment (for example the night of a wedding or when you first met). The map updates live so you can check it before checkout.
- Is a star map a good wedding or anniversary gift?
- Many customers use a star map for weddings, anniversaries, engagements, birthdays, or new babies. It is a personal way to mark “the sky that night.” You control the wording so it matches your story.
- How accurate is the sky on the poster?
- We use astronomical data for the visible stars and constellation lines for your chosen place and time. It is intended as beautiful, meaningful decor, not for professional navigation or science publishing.
- Can I customize colours and text?
- Yes. You can adjust theme colours, title, optional subtitle, coordinates, constellation names, and more. Use the live preview to experiment before you buy.
- How does shipping work?
- Production and delivery depend on your address and the options available at checkout. Enter your shipping details in checkout to see methods, prices, and estimated timelines for your order.
- Can I change my design after I order?
- Prints are typically made to order from the files generated at purchase. Double check your preview and details in the designer before paying. If something looks wrong with your order after it arrives, contact us via Support and we will help where we can.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We aim to serve customers in many regions. Supported countries and carriers appear at checkout when you enter your address.
